Gift Card

You can purchase a gift card from instore! It is valid for 3 years and comes in a little card that you can gift. For more information, or to order in advance, call the shop during opening hours on 03 5443 9492

You can also purchase an 'eGift card' from our online store, you can purchase it from the 'SHOP' section of our online store

Gift Card FAQ's

As of September 2021, Bendigo Wholefoods has switched to a new system of gift cards and eGift Cards.  Any vouchers purchased prior to this are still valid for 3 years from purchase and redeemable in-store and at Wholefoods Kitchen.

Are gift cards digital or physical?

Bendigo Wholefoods provides physical Gift Cards available in-store or via our online store for pickup at the shop.  We also provide eGift Cards via our online store which are sent via email.

When will my eGift Card be sent to me?

eGift Cards will be issued in 12-48 hours. If you have not received it please check your spam/ junk folder or contact us at  Please be aware if you order on the weekend, your order will not be processed until Monday morning.

How do I redeem a gift card?

Both physical and eGift Cards can be redeemed at Bendigo Wholefoods and Wholefoods Kitchen.  Bring your card along with your purchases to the registers.  Scan the barcode when asked by one of our staff.  Any remaining balance will appear on your receipt.  If the transaction amount is greater than the gift card balance, you will need to pay the outstanding amount with cash or eftpos.

How long are gift cards valid for?

Bendigo Wholefoods gift cards will expire 3 years after the date of purchase.

Now that you've updated gift cards, can I still use my old Bendigo Wholefoods voucher?

Yes, you can still use the voucher as per the instructions supplied at purchase. All vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase.

Can I use multiple gift cards in a single transaction?

Yes you can use multiple gift cards in the same transaction.

Can I redeem my gift card at your online store?

Currently we are unable to offer this service.  Gift cards are only able to be redeemed in our shop and café.

Where can I check my gift card balance?

You can check your balance in-store by scanning at the register.

How many gift cards can I order in a single transaction? What is the best way to order bulk gift cards in a single transaction?

Our gift card system only allows one gift card to be purchased per transaction.

Please email or phone the shop if you require multiple gift cards.  This will allow us to add them to a single transaction and save time at the registers.

Can I choose how much the gift card is for?

Our gift cards are sold in multiples of $25.00 and up to any amount.

If you require a larger amount when purchasing online, please order multiple cards to the required value. Leave us a message in the order notes at checkout that you only require a single card.


Can I write a custom message for my eGift Card recipient?

Yes, you are able to do this at the checkout.  Put the details in the order notes along with the recipient email address.  We will contact you if we need to confirm any details.
