A dedicated bunch, producing a range of exciting food products, mostly by hand, and using the finest available local ingredients. In store you'll find over 90 locally made food products on the shelves, as we take pride in supporting as many of the regions local producers as we have space for! We do this because we believe in reducing food miles, working with the seasons, maintaining local employment and community networking and relationships. We do it because we want to know where our food comes from and we want everyone who comes in to our store to know as well and to have a consciousness of who it is they’re supporting.
