Bread: Bread to Go You can tell from where we position our bread in our store that it is one of our biggest drawcards. We had a family member weld us up a shrine to all things bread, which sits right inside our doorway. Sophie is our bread guru and gets in any special orders (over 100 types to choose from) for all dietary needs, direct from specialist bakers like Wuppertaler Bakery, Healthy bake, Vitality, Ancient Grains and Lifestyle. There is a “bread diet grid” available in store to help you make the right dietary choice from our huge selection according to any allergies or special needs. The fresh crusty sourdoughs are sourced locally. The Good Loaf in Bendigo deliver, still warm, twice a day. We also have daily deliveries of organic sourdough from Sprout in Castlemaine and weekly from Redbeard’s Bakery in Trentham, who are baking in a 120 year old wood-fired oven.
